The property is lovely, and we could see mountain from the window. Considering location, it has good and amazing setting close enough to lauterbrunnen which is beautiful area, tourist centre, and beautiful area. Not to mention that it is located right in front of the station...

The value for money was excellent, with plenty of room for our group and comfortable beds. The location was convenient and the staff, particularly Daniel and Patricia, were exceptional in assisting us with our plans and making sure we had a great stay at the chalet. Definitely recommended!
The breakfast could be improved, perhaps by offering a greater variety of options.

The kitchen was well stocked with salt, spices, and oil, making it easy to whip up a delicious meal. The TV was pretty good and we were able to use Netflix for some cozy movie nights. The sofa and beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the owner's small garden with cats, dogs, and guinea pigs was a hit with the kids. The location was superb, with easy access to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, and Interlaken via local transport.
We had a few minor issues during our stay. The power sockets were partially not working and some were coming out of the wall, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this chalet. The location was wonderful, right next to a beautiful mountain stream. I could sleep peacefully, listening to the calming sound of the water. The chalet had excellent soundproofing, so I could also choose to close the windows and block out any noise. The apartment was very spacious, except for the bathroom which was slightly smaller but still nice. The family living upstairs was really friendly and accommodating.
No negatives from this place.

After a day of hiking and cycling, we were thrilled to find that Chalet Burglauenen had a great location near the mountains. The views were epic and there were plenty of adventure activities to keep us entertained. The best part was the cozy fireplace where we could relax and share our stories from the day. it was the perfect spot for a fun-filled vacation with friends.
The only thing that would have made our stay even better would be if there was a bar or a lounge area where we could hang out and have some drinks in the evenings. It would have been the icing on the cake for our party-loving group.

Stayed at a chalet with a bar, ski-to-door access, and a terrace. I felt like James Bond skiing to my doorstep, sipping martinis and enjoying the view. Oh, and free parking - perfect for my Aston Martin.
Had to fight off an army of snowmen in the garden. They were relentless.

I recently stayed at Chalet Burglauenen for a week-long vacation. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the river from the terrace. It was only a 10-minute drive to Grindelwald and a short distance to Lauterbrunnen. The train station was conveniently located opposite the hotel, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were immaculately clean and the host was friendly, even providing us with a train pass. Free parking was also a bonus and Interlaken was just a 20-minute drive away. I would definitely stay here again.
